Amila Hrustic, sinh viên Học viện Mỹ thuật tại trường Đại học Sarajevo, đã thiết kế trang phục lấy cảm hứng từ origami được làm bằng giấy và vải. Bộ sưu tập riêng mang tên "Plato's Collection".

Bộ sưu tập Origami 132 5 kỳ diệu của Issey Miyake!

Ở tuổi 72, ông Miyake vẫn còn rất sáng tạo và nhiều phát kiến. Phát minh mới nhất của ông là tạo ra quần áo trong 3-D Origami bằng cách sử dụng vải bền vững được làm từ các chai nhựa tái chế. Hiệu ứng này là khá giống như của một chiếc đèn ***g Trung Quốc tăng từ trạng thái phẳng của nó thành một khối cầu.

Ý tưởng của dự án này là tạo ra các sản phẩm may mặc từ một mảnh vải duy nhất mà không cần cắt và may, nhưng bằng cách sử dụng các nếp gấp sắc nét, chính xác - giống như origami. Jun Mitani, nhà khoa học máy tính Nhật Bản đã giúp Miyake phát triển các công thức máy tính tạo ra các mẫu thiết kế.

Tên 132 5 có thể được giải thích như sau: 1 đề cập đến một mảnh vải, 3 là khối hình ba chiều giảm thành không gian 2 chiều, và 5 đề cập đến chiều thứ năm, mà Miyake mô tả là thời điểm may được đeo và đến với cuộc sống "thông qua các giao tiếp giữa người với người."

Có 10 phần trong bộ sưu tập túi và túi xách. Họ sẽ có trong cửa hàng trong tuần này trên toàn thế giới trong các cửa hàng Miyake cũng như các cửa hàng mới 5 132 ở Tokyo. Và chúng cũng không quá đắt tiền, chỉ dưới $ 300!
