Dear Ginza nằm phía sau một con phố trung tâm của quận Ginza. Tòa nhà này nằm sau ngân hàng Mizuho và tòa Pola Ginza. Đây là khu vực có bầu không khí khác hẳn so với trung tâm, vì vậy theo yêu cầu tạo ấn tượng thu hút thật nhiều khách qua đường, văn phòng thiết kế amano đã hoàn thành một công trình độc đáo với đầy đủ những tiêu chí đó.

Các nhà thiết kế mong muốn gửi đến khách hàng một cảm giác khác lạ nhẹ nhàng nhằm thu hút họ đến với tòa nhà.
Mặt tiền được thiết kế bằng cách sử dụng những tấm lưới nhôm gia công góc cạnh ngẫu nhiêu, kết hợp với đồ họa hình hoa cách điệu nhằm tạo sự cân bằng, làm giảm nhẹ sự sắc nét, cứng nhắc của các hình khối, tạo cảm giác dễ chịu nhưng không mất đi những đường nét ấn tượng. Trong cùng là một lớp kính trong suốt với hệ thống đèn LED được sử dụng vào ban đêm với nhiều ánh sáng màu sắc thay đổi theo mùa.

Trong cùng là một lớp kính trong suốt với hệ thống đèn LED được sử dụng vào ban đêm với nhiều ánh sáng màu sắc thay đổi theo mùa.
