Sawajiri will back for solar eclipse
It was already mentioned in much earlier news and I already put a short notice in the shoutbox, but I decided put it up news to really remind the last people that forgot this fact. Erika will come back to Japan in July!

There is a total solar eclipse going to happen on July 22 and it's been hyped as a once-in-a-century show you are going to see at the skies of Japan. You might remember that Erika got proposed to during a solar eclipse and so it's a really special event for the couple. Back then before their departure to Spain (with a stop in New York and London, the latter only for Takashiro), they already announced that they are going to come back to Japan to watch this one, too. One of the best places to watch the solar eclipse is going to be on Amami Oshima, the biggest of the Amami Islands in the prefecture Kagoshima and that's exactly where they are going to watch it, too.

It appears that she will her agency hopes to use this visit to discuss further details about a possible comeback later this year (earliest would be August), or some time early next year. Another widely shared opinion is that her junior Kitagawa Keiko is going to surpass her easily, if she doesn't resume her activities soon. Though, she shouldn't fear her junior, if the rumors about those huge role offers are true..., but what are offers without an actress willing to act?

By the way, in April, Erika's mom also pretty much confirmed their trip back to Japan in July, when she got asked about her daughter's comeback to Japan. "She'll return in July for a while. Come on, you forgot about the total solar eclipse on Amami Oshima?" In the same interview, she also talked a bit about her life in Spain. "One week ago (in April), she called me and said 'Mama, you HAVE to come to Spain!' *laughs* Right now she's attending a school again, a school for graphic design. Erika already studied it a bit before and it seems like that she wants to become a graphic designer. She also still goes to a language school. That school is of the same group as the one she already attended in London. Before she went to various places together with Takashiro due to his work, but now she wants to focus on her studies and therefore it seems like they can't be together all the time anymore." Now the question is, how's she doing as a new wife? "Erika can do some simple cooking. She also tries her best at going to the supermarket to buy all the ingredients herself. Takashiro doesn't really like vegetables and she really tries to consider his tastes when she's cooking, too. I know that Erika loves my bouillabaisse and so when I meet her again, I'll teach her an easy way to make it herself. *laughs*"

Funny, just when I wrote the previous news based on an article 2-3 months ago, Josei Jishin published a new article to remind people of her trip back home in July, too. They also had the chance to talk with her mother a few days ago again.

"My daughter is doing really fine at the moment. I just talked with her this week. She is still attending school and sounds really healthy. Takashiro has to go to a lot of places due to his work and Erika seems to accompany him most of the time."

Insiders know that Takashiro is currently active all over Europe, giving Erika the chance to do a lot of sightseeing and shopping. "Paris, London, Brussels... most recently he has a lot of work in Switzerland. It appears that lately he and Erika have often been spotted walking together through Geneva."

At the end of May, Barcelona's home soccer team FC Barcelona won the "Champions League", earlier they already won the "Copa del Rey" and ranked first in "La Liga" and with that they became the first Spanish "Trichampion" in history. You can imagine that the whole city must have been one hell of a huge festival after getting the treble. "Erika must have enjoyed to live in Barcelona during its probably most lively time in history." The same insider commented.

On July 22, Erika will temporarily come back home to her country to watch the total solar eclipse on Amami Oshima as mentioned in the previous news. For her mother it will also be the first meeting in a very long time. "They both will be coming here (her home), so I guess we will cook and have a meal together."

Yes, still no more details about her comeback, but you will have to wait for that until end of July, if they are going to announce anything that is. If you live in Geneva, you better get out of your room and stroll around town! You know why! :P
