(JPN) - Billboard đã thực hiện bảng xếp hạng âm nhạc của mình tại Nhật từ vài năm qua nhưng năm nay họ mới tổ chức lễ trao giải Billboard Japan Music Awards lần đầu tiên tại Tokyo vào ngày Chủ nhật 31/1.

Giống như 1 số giải thưởng khác , giải thưởng sẽ được quyết định bằng cách bầu chon qua internet, điện thoại.
